Brand Practice created the Bloom Marinha real estate project brand identity. A 88 houses condominium, located in Quinta da Marinha, Cascais. Its contemporary architecture is integrated in the extensive green areas typical of the Portuguese coast.

The logo design took as reference the color and shapes of the vertical wooden architectural elements of the houses. The fluid and organic shapes of the typography establish a connection to the natural environment where this real estate project was implemented.
The space between the characters that form the word Bloom suggests openness to nature, a reference to the spirit of each of the houses with its own spacious garden where life can flourish.
